NZOZ Genomed obtained the highest scores in the 2023 External Quality Assessment Scheme for Cystic Fibrosis ( Cystic Fibrosis Network ) in the field of:
  • genotyping, data interpretation and reporting for cystic fibrosis and CFTR-related disorders

Genomed SA obtained the highest scores in the European Molecular Quality Network 2023 external assessment schemes in the field of genotyping, interpretation and reporting results for the PMP22 gene (CMT/HNPP) and for genetic testing, interpretation and reporting results for Inherited Retinal Diseases (IRD).
Genomed SA obtained the highest scores in the European Molecular Quality Network (EMQN) external assessment scheme in genotyping based on DNA Sequencing - both NGS and Sanger - for the year 2022. The highest scores were also achieved in Non-invasive genetic prenatal testing, NIPT (Aneuploidies).
Genomed SA obtained the highest scores in the European Molecular Quality Network 2021 external assessment schemes in the field of genotyping, interpretation and reporting of results for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).
Genomed SA obtained the highest scores in the European Molecular Quality Network (EMQN) external assessment scheme in genotyping based on DNA Sequencing - both NGS and Sanger - for the year 2020. The highest scores were also achieved in SARS-CoV-2 genotyping as well in genetic testing, interpretation and reporting of results for severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID).
The NZOZ Genomed diagnostic laboratory obtained a certificate of the Polish Society of Human Genetics: " Laboratory recommended by the Polish Society of Human Genetics" for the years 2020-2022 in the field of molecular cytogenetics (MLPA techniques).
The Genomed SA laboratory obtained the highest scores in the EMQN ( European Molecular Quality Network ) 2019 external assessment schemes for  Non-invasive genetic prenatal testing, NIPT (Common Aneuploidies)  and for genetic testing, interpretation and reporting of results for Wilson Disease.
Genomed obtained the highest scores in the European Molecular Quality Network external assessment scheme in DNA Sequencing - Sanger (Full version) and Next Generation Sequencing for the year 2018. The highest scores have been also obtained in pilot EQAs covering testing for germline and somatic variants in Ovarian Cancer for targeted therapy qualification (Ovarian cancer vGermline, Ovarian cancer vSomatic).
The NZOZ Genomed diagnostic laboratory obtained a certificate of the Polish Society of Human Genetics: " Laboratory recommended by the Polish Society of Human Genetics" for the years 2020-2022 in the field of molecular genetics (molecular testing of germline mutations).

The Genomed diagnostic laboratory obtained certificates of the Polish Society of Human Genetics: "Laboratory recommended by the Polish Society of Human Genetics" for the years 2017-2019 in the field of genetic testing (molecular techniques).

The diagnostic laboratory is on the list of laboratories that is kept by the National Chamber of Laboratory Diagnosticians at number 2854.

Genomed SA obtained the highest scores in the European Molecular Quality Network 2017 external assessment schemes in the field of genotyping, interpretation and reporting of results for Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH), mitochondrial DNA defects (mtDNA), non-invasive prenatal testing ( NIPT (Aneuploidies – pilot)) and NextGen DNA Sequencing of somatic variants (vSomatic)), osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), and spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).
Genomed obtained highest scores in the European Molecular Quality Network external assessment schemes in the field of DNA sequencing (DNA-Seq, Full Scheme), Familial autosomal dominant hypercholesterolemia (FHL) and Fragile X Syndrome (FRAX, Full scheme) for the year 2016.
